Meet the Founder

Quiet by nature, curious by heart

生まれつき静かで、心はいつも好奇心で満ちています。

I often notice how much the small, ordinary things shape my days, walking quietly in the early morning, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or singing karaoke with friends until the night feels lighter. When I can, I love exploring new restaurants or taking short trips to the countryside, where time slows and I can breathe a little differently.

These simple rhythms remind me that life is not only carried by milestones or achievements, but by how we live in the quieter spaces between them. The same is true in my work. I hold one-to-one sessions that are not about advice or quick solutions, but about offering steady space for reflection and growth. Some people come because they feel tired or disconnected, others because they want to build confidence, navigate a transition, or simply have a place where their story can be heard without judgment.

In Yohanashi and Yumemi sessions, we always move at your pace. I listen closely, ask questions that open new perspectives, and bring in reflective or creative practices when they feel useful. This may include guided meditation, journaling, visualization, or simple tools that help gently bring forward what is already within you. The sessions are collaborative, gentle, and shaped by your needs in the moment.

My role is not to lead from ahead, but to walk alongside you with curiosity and care. Together we create a space that feels safe and supportive, where you can reconnect with yourself and leave with a little more clarity, confidence, and ease.

If you would like to know more, you are welcome to reserve a free 30-minute call or send me a message through the contact form below. And if you would simply like to get a sense of the atmosphere I aim to create, you can also visit Instagram, where I share reflections, practices, and gentle reminders in the same spirit as my sessions.

If you have any questions left, drop us a message. We would love to meet you! 👋

What our students say about us

Drawing student, Stefi
Drawing student, Casey

“When I started here, I didn't know how good I would be at painting. There are so many different paints here to try, you can really experiment with anything. My favorite is oil paint.“

“I like coming to the studio and deciding how I'm going to spend my day. If I want to paint, I can do that, but if I want to build something, I can do that instead. It's fun to be able to experiment.“

Drawing student, Laura

“I love drawing people. Sometimes I make them up in my head, and sometimes I draw my family or friends. At the art studio, we learn how to make people's faces and bodies look really realistic.“
